SuperLotto Plus Jackpot Winner in Northern California
A lucky lottery player in Northern California has won a $54 million SuperLotto Plus jackpot. The winning ticket matched all six numbers in Saturday night’s draw. The winning numbers were 11, 13, 14, 15, 46, and the Mega number was 5. This significant win has brought excitement to the region, especially to the small town where the ticket was sold.
The jackpot-winning ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven store on Cottonwood Street in Woodland. Woodland is located about 15 miles outside of Sacramento. The owner of the 7-Eleven store will receive a bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket. The estimated jackpot for the next SuperLotto Plus draw on Wednesday is $7 million.
Powerball Numbers and Winners
The Powerball lottery jackpot continues to grow after no one matched all six numbers from Wednesday night’s drawing. The winning numbers for the Saturday, July 20, Powerball jackpot were: 18, 25, 31, 40, 57, and the Powerball is 4. The Power Play was 3X. The estimated jackpot was worth $91 million with a cash option of $43.6 million.
No one matched all six numbers to win the Powerball jackpot. However, a ticket bought in Arizona matched all five numbers except for the Powerball, worth $1 million. Another ticket sold in Tennessee matched all five numbers except for the Powerball and added the Power Play, worth $2 million.
The Double Play numbers were: 10, 14, 31, 34, 67, and the Powerball is 20. Zero tickets matched all six numbers, and no one matched all five numbers except for the Powerball, worth $500,000. The next estimated jackpot for Monday, July 22, is now an estimated $102 million with a cash option of $48.9 million.
Mega Millions Numbers and Winners
The Mega Millions lottery jackpot for Friday, July 19, was estimated at $251 million. The cash option for the jackpot was $118 million. The winning numbers for the July 19 drawing were: 10, 17, 23, 50, and 67. The Mega Ball number was 3, and the Megaplier was 3x.
No one matched all six Mega Millions numbers from Friday night’s drawing. The current Mega Millions jackpot is now worth an estimated $279 million with a cash option of $131.1 million. Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. ET.

A ticket in Ohio won the $138 million jackpot on Wednesday, July 3, by matching all five numbers plus the Powerball. Edwin Castro publicly claimed a $2.04 billion jackpot on Valentine’s Day.
California Lottery Billion-Dollar Jackpot Winner
The California Lottery revealed the purchaser of the $1.765 billion Powerball jackpot ticket. The winning ticket was bought at Midway Market, a family-owned market in Frazier Park, north of Los Angeles. The California Lottery identified Theodorus Struyck as the representative of a group of winners who purchased the ticket. The winning numbers were 22, 24, 40, 52, 64, and the Powerball number was 10.
Midway Market received a $1 million bonus check for selling the winning ticket. Frazier Park is located about 100 miles north of downtown Los Angeles in Kern County, with a population of around 3,000 people. This jackpot is the second-largest in U.S. history, behind only the $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot of 2022. The winning streak ended after a winless period extending back to July 19, when another player won $1.08 billion in California.
California players have won or shared in four out of the top five largest Powerball jackpots since 2016, all worth over $1 billion. A jackpot winner’s name is public record according to California laws. Information such as the retailer’s name and location, draw date, and prize amount (gross and net) are also public records subject to disclosure.
Prizes over $600 require an extensive claim process. Most lottery draw games allow for claiming within 180 days from the draw date; however, Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots have a one-year deadline for claims. Harjinder K.
